In this video I share the importance of movement not just exercise for the health of your body. Yes, exercise! But also consider the ways that you can add movement throughout your day. Consider that we generally will exercise for 30-60 minutes and then we sit at computers for the rest of our day. So much of our modern conveniences are simply ways that our healthy movement has been outsourced. Over time we lose our flexibility, balance, and health. I also discuss what over exercising looks like and why you should avoid it, especially during this season of viral threat.
