This is one of my favorite go-to smoothies! It tastes bright and delicious! Packing a nutritional punch with greens and digestive supporting ingredients, it’s a feel good source of deep nourishment. If you decide to add the bonus ingredients of hemp seeds, MCT oil, and collagen you’ll have enough fat, fiber, and protein to use this as a full breakfast or intense workout recovery.

Greens – Full of chlorophyll, iron, magnesium, potassium & folate.
Pineapple – High in immune supporting vitamin C and bromelain, an enzyme necessary for protein digestion.
